South by Southwest red carpets — you love 'em, we love 'em, why not share more about 'em?

Here's a round up of the best things we heard this year:

Stephanie Hsu, "The Fall Guy"

Hsu was at South by Southwest to premiere "Everything, Everywhere, All At Once" in 2022 and "Joy Ride" in 2023. This year, she was at the Paramount for the premiere of "The Fall Guy." We asked her if she maybe has an apartment at the theater since she's in Austin so often.

"This is Austin, I have a pied-à-terre here," Hsu joked. "But no. Maybe I should think about investing. But I won't gentrify Austin further, no way."

Hannah Waddingham, "The Fall Guy"

Waddingham, who you know as Rebecca on "Ted Lasso," was annoyed she only had 24 hours in Austin. She was here Tuesday for the premiere of "The Fall Guy" and talked about SXSW audiences.

"It's amazing and for it to be here first, it's just incredible because it's proper, deep-rooted, movie-lovers," Waddingham said.

Jessica Williams, "Road House"

Williams was at SXSW on opening night for the premiere of "Road House." When she walked over to us on the red carpet, we told her we were the local newspaper and her response was music to our ears.

"We need more of that," she said.

Conor McGregor, "Road House"

McGregor's role in "Road House" marks his first time being in a movie and he was super pumped to be at SXSW. During our conversation with him, he started to talk about a watch he got in France. We steered him back to Texas by telling him he needed to get a cowboy hat and boots. He agreed.

"A hat, a pair of boots, a buckle belt, I'm in the spirit here now," McGregor said.

Eiza González, "3 Body Problem"

González lived in Austin for a few years and had a lot to say about her favorite things to eat when she's in town.

"I love Hopdoddy's obviously, I love Jo's Coffee. I love my Belgian bomber. I love Franklin. I love Fresa's tacos. I love, I mean everywhere. I love being here," she said.

David Benioff, "3 Body Problem"

"Game of Thrones" co-creator David Benioff was at SXSW as a showrunner of "3 Body Problem," which premieres on Netflix later this month. We asked how he was feeling to be in Austin and at SXSW.

"I'm feeling really excited. I love Austin. My daughter is applying to UT next year and I hope she gets in so I have an excuse (to visit)," he said.

Jermaine Durpri, "Freaknik"

Dupri’s thoughts on the misconception of Freaknik:“That it’s just one big-ol’ party with [Uncle] Luke doing what he do and that’s it. That’s not what it’s really about. It didn’t start out like that. And that was never the intentions. And I think that people will learn that in the documentary.”

Wifey baby, (dancer) "Magic City"

What music gets her hyped before working: “I like that old school Jeezy. That’s like one of my favorites. Anything Atlanta, honestly. But hold on, my little birdy just said one of the greatest rappers alive… you gotta go [with] Future.”

Dev Patel, "Monkey Man"

"I love John Wick. I think it's a main touchstone for people in America...but you know, this film is born from my love of so much action cinema, spanning from Bruce Lee, to Sammo Hung, to Jet Lee, to Jackie Chan, to the Korean cinema and also Bollywood. You know, I think it's kind of a, it's a weird cocktail of all of these things I've kind of injected into this film."
